purchasing from Premium Coffee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pricing & Promotions
Premium Coffee reserves the right to determine pricing for all Products
and Services. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate and
current. Prices may change at any time with advance notice before new
pricing takes effect. Promotional pricing may be offered at our
discretion and applies only when explicitly extended to you.

Authorization & Payment
By placing an order, you authorize Premium Coffee to charge all
applicable amounts—including product costs, shipping fees,
subscriptions, and taxes—to the payment method you provide. Premium
Coffee may request a pre‑authorization to verify card validity and
available funds.

Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase a Product. Premium Coffee may accept,
decline, or limit any order for any reason, except where prohibited by
law. By clicking "Purchase," "Buy Now," or similar buttons, you agree to
pay for the Products in your cart. Your order is accepted once Premium
Coffee notifies you that your shipment is ready. If an order is
declined, your sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid.

Title & Risk of Loss
Title transfers to you when the Product is delivered to the carrier.
After that point, all risks of loss or damage become your
responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery
Premium Coffee provides estimated shipping timelines during checkout and
in your confirmation email. We make good‑faith efforts to deliver
Products on time but are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Premium Coffee may ship orders in multiple packages and may choose the
carrier and shipping method at our discretion. Orders will be delivered
to the address you provide at checkout. We currently ship within the
United States only.

Inspection & Claims
You must inspect all Products upon delivery and notify Premium Coffee of
any errors, shortages, defects, or non‑conformities within 15 days.
Failure to report issues within this period constitutes a waiver of
related claims. Claims for damage during transit must be made directly
with the carrier.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Premium Coffee
Refund & Returns Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to display Products accurately. However,
colors, textures, and details may vary depending on your device. Premium
Coffee may modify, discontinue, or update any Product or Service at any
time without notice.

indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of
